OUR MISSION
Founded in 2021 by Chris and Valerie Bold, Calibre Strength and Fitness is dedicated to fostering a welcoming community gym where individuals of all fitness levels are embraced. Our mission is to provide a range of group fitness classes suitable for various fitness abilities, alongside personalised personal training sessions for those who prefer one-on-one coaching.
Chris, with his over 30 years in the fitness industry as a Master Personal Trainer, and an IFBB coach and judge, brings a distinctly human approach to training. He understands that you are not just a number; each individual's journey is unique. This philosophy is the cornerstone of our services, including his recent qualification in pre and post-natal training, and his customised nutrition plans and lifestyle coaching.
Our group training sessions are designed to be intimate, with a maximum of eight participants, focusing on Body Composition Training (BCT) and High-Intensity Resistance Training (HIRT).
